Story

Day 30 (Night)

The final six return to camp having just voted Alice out of the game. Eli stands shaking his head, visibly annoyed that the tribe kept him over Alice, who he felt deserved to go further. Teddy notices Eli shaking his head and decides to speak to him.

Quote1What's up Eli?Quote2- Teddy
Quote1I just think its quite... Horrible what y'all did tonight.Quote2- Eli
Quote1How's it horrible?Quote2- Sarah
Quote1Yeah how's it horrible?Quote2- Tia
Quote1I ask to be voted out. I plead for y'all to vote me out. Alice wanted to stay, I didn't. So you decide to say 'yeah we'll vote you out Eli', only to make it a shock elimination. It's just cold and unnecessary.Quote2- Eli
Quote1C'mon man you know its the game...Quote2- Teddy
Quote1Keep telling yourself its 'the game' Teddy, if it makes your conscience feel better for lying as much as you done out here then go ahead, keep putting it on all 'the game'. It doesn't take away the fact you've lied to so many individuals out here... Hell you could run for governor considerin' how talented you are at lyin'.Quote2- Eli
It sucks when these people think they can lie non-stop just because it's part of the game. There's nothing that says you have to be immoral out here, it's their own choice. My chances of survival now are slim, but I'll see if I can take anyone down with me. They wanna play dirty, well I can too.

–Eli

I undoubtedly feel bad that we lied to Alice and Eli tonight... But they cant deny that Alice was too big a threat to keep around. Maybe in the long run it wasn't right to turn on that group, as I seem to have a majority of the jury, if not all, mad at me now. While individuals like Sarah, who aren't well liked, may get off easily because she didn't have to make any moves, she didn't have to burn bridges with people... She didn't even have the bridges there in the first place. Maybe that's the way to play this game.

–Teddy

Day 31

The entire tribe is seen lying by the shelter, too weak to do camp chores. With food running low, the survivors cut down to two scoops of rice a day, knowing that it will run out if they eat the amount they previously have been. Sarah begins to worry that she wont be able to keep going, noting that almost every bone in her body is visible. Tia becomes light headed, and decides to lie down, stating that she isn't sure whether she'll be able to compete in challenges, and begins to cry, feeling as though she is trapped.

Today is probably the worst day out here... I cant do a thing and its horrible. We're all lying down like corpses, waiting to be buried. Like Teddy normally does stuff and he's even lying down.

–Tia

The whole tribe is now totally screwed, we've got little food left, we've had to skip having a morning meal today. Tia and Sarah are complaining the most, stating their too weak and that they cant keep going. I can be angry at this group but it isn't nice to see anyone suffer like this.

–Eli

Tia begins to go through the tribes rice, taking out a few grains. Teddy immediately tells her to place them down. Tia does so, complaining that she needs just a bit of food. Sarah notices Tia trying to take the food, turning and immediately having a go at Tia for trying to 'steal', stating that they're all hungry and they can all wait. The two bicker for a short period of time, before Teddy tells them to both be quiet.

I don't know what the hell Tia was thinking. I don't mind her, but after today I'd be happy voting her out. She tried to STEAL food! She knows we're all starving in unity and she thinks she deserves more? No. N-O. If she wants food I'm sure there's more then enough waiting for her at the jury.

–Sarah

Things are falling apart real quick. We're down to the final week or so, and everyone wants food more then the game right now. We're all too tired to do a thing at camp, and what makes it worse is we all know we're getting down to five, at which point we have to talk about future plans, but no one can be bothered to go and talk...

–Teddy

Razzy and Olivia remain silent, placing their buffs over their heads, attempting to take their mind off food. Olivia appears to be sleeping, while Razzy tries to keep his mind off food and family, finding both too distracting within the game.

All I can think of is food... just some mash potato... nice chicken... soda... beer... spaghetti... I need food so badly right now. Then my mind flicks over to my family and I... I... I just wonder why I'm sitting here suffering now, because I cant think of the reason. The money is there, but its a case of is this worth it anymore.

–Razzy

Quote1I'll go try and fish guys if you want?Quote2- Eli
Quote1That'd be great... Please catch something.Quote2- Sarah
Quote1I'll do it... If you agree to take me one tribal further...Quote2- Eli

The group laugh, with Eli laughing too. Teddy looks up at Eli, unsure if he was joking or not.

I couldn't tell if this was a joke, was it? It shouldn't worry me that he said that but based on the position we're in as a group, I could easily see the girls voting me or Razzy out over Eli just because he supplied food, the thing they're craving more then a chance to win this game. What I had to do after that was get myself up, walk over to the raft, and go fish, and I need to bring back some food. If not, then who knows... Maybe I'm in trouble.

–Teddy

Teddy goes out to fish, with Eli accompanying him. The two appear to be racing to catch fish before the other, knowing what it means to supply food for the tribe. After thirty minutes of nothing, Eli manages to catch a fish. However, Teddy manages to go on a roll minutes later, bringing in four decently sized fish, the tribe thank the boys, with more thanks going to Teddy. Teddy and Olivia prepare the food, and the tribe sit down to a meal which gives them all a moral boost.

It was a shame I couldn't get as much fish as Teddy, but cant say I didn't try.

–Eli

Seeing the groups faces light up when we ate the fish, told me that 'Teddy, you've done good'. I enjoy feeding people and looking after others, but the joy I got from this was mainly from a strategic standpoint... It's funny how something as little as catching fish is maybe now the answer to the million dollars.

–Teddy

Quote1Guys I just want to say sorry for earlier, I didn't mean it.Quote2- Tia
Quote1It's ok hun we forgive you, sorry for shouting! (leans over and kisses Tia on the forehead while hugging her)Quote2- Sarah
As a group everyone seemed to be making up, and things maybe can be better. But I think I speak logically when I say that a meal of fish wont keep us from the starvation we've been feeling for long.

–Olivia

Day 32

The tribe await the next reward challenge, which they all anticipate to be big, proving better then the previous rewards contestants have won. The tribe discuss their hopes for the next challenge, with Tia being particularly vocal about her hopes.

Quote1It needs to be food, nothing else. Chicken, chocolate... Chicken and chocolate... I don't care I would eat it all.Quote2- Tia
Quote1No it needs to be something like... Pumpkin pie or grilled steaks.Quote2- Olivia
Quote1We had steak a few days ago!Quote2- Sarah
Quote1I know! (laughs)Quote2- Olivia
Quote1None of y'all want a phone call home?Quote2- Razzy
Quote1Honestly I just want food. Id sacrifice a call home for an extra slice of pizza or something.Quote2- Sarah
Quote1Same...Quote2- Tia
Kind of shocked me when the tribe said they would sell out the chance to speak to family in order to get food. I get that we're hungry but this is our family we're talking about, they're better then any nourishment... Maybe that's only because I want to speak to my family after the recent news, but y'know... I think I'd feel this way regardless.

–Razzy

I don't think it makes me a bad person wanting food more then family... I'm sure they'd understand... I mean its not like I can eat them (laughs)

–Sarah

Teddy and Eli sit together in the shelter while the others talk, they discuss Teddy's family, mentioning that he is one of the few who wants to speak to his family but hasn't had the opportunity.

Quote1Would you pick a phone call with your daughter over food?Quote2- Eli
Quote1Yep, one hundred percent. Two weeks from now I'll be well fed, its not like I'll die from here to day thirty-nine without any food.Quote2- Teddy
Quote1I get that. I almost feel as though a phone call with food would be nice, but any good person would sacrifice all the food just for an extra minute on that phone.Quote2- Eli
Quote1Definately.Quote2- Teddy
Out of everyone left I'm the only one who has said they want to have some sort of love from home, but I'm the only one who hasn't got it. Olivia and Sarah got their letters, Razzy got a phone call, Eli got a tape... Tia doesn't seem interested no more which just leaves me. As I said food would be nice, but family will give me the moral to keep going. Id rather be full in two weeks, a million dollars richer, then simply full.

–Teddy

The survivors arrive at the location for their next reward challenge, which Jeff informs them will be for the biggest reward yet, an overnight stay on a yacht where they will be feasting, able to bathe themselves, while sleeping in their very own bed. The girls scream with joy at this revelation, all clearly getting what they were hoping for. The men, although enthusiastic, seem less so, as they were hoping for some sort of love from home to be included in the reward. Jeff then informs the contestants that whoever wins will be able to grant one other contestant some time on the reward, being picked up in the morning for breakfast.
Challenge: Survivor Quiz
The Survivors will be quizzed about island living.

After the challenge, Teddy gets ready to spend the night on the yacht, wondering who he will take to breakfast.

I could take anyone to breakfast with me for multiple reasons. I could take Razzy because I enjoy his company and feel he deserves a treat. I could take Tia because she's hungry. I could take Eli in hope of getting his support for when he's on the jury, or I could take Olivia or Sarah in order to cement our bond for a possible final three. It's all up in the air as of now but I think I know who I'm leaning to.

–Teddy

Sarah and Olivia discuss Teddy's win, both seeming somewhat jealous that he gets to enjoy the reward. Sarah doesn't expect to be taken on the reward, while Olivia seems optimistic about their chances.

I don't think that Teddy definitely will take me, but he knows I would like to be his ally long into this game so he'd be wise to make sure he keeps me happy.

–Olivia

As Teddy gets on a boat to be taken to the yacht, he is asked who he'd like to bring to breakfast. Teddy turns and looks at his tribe, who are all stood in a line looking out, trying to look sad in hope Teddy picks them.

Quote1Razzy, be ready in the morning!Quote2- Teddy
Quote1Yes! Yes! Thank you so much I love you!Quote2- Razzy
Quote1Good job...Quote2- Olivia
Quote1Have fun Ted!Quote2- Eli
I'm a little sad Teddy didn't pick me after our chat yesterday, I thought maybe he could see that I wasn't acting in the same manner as others which he condemned. Realistically he wasn't picking me, I knew that, because he'd put a target on himself for associating with the 'next boot'.

–Eli

On the yacht Teddy is given a tour by Jeff, who eventually lets him know that he wants to introduce him to the captain. As Teddy goes to greet the captain, he is overcome with shock when it turns out to be his brother Bryan, who's visit is part of the reward. Teddy hugs his brother, shouting with joy while asking him questions about his wife and daughter back home.

As Jeff said 'lemme show you the captain' I was like... Ok... Then I see this guy and I thought 'What kind of boat out here has a black captain?'... Then he turns and its my brother Bryan. I was overjoyed. Bryan is a big reason why I want to win this game and to be given the opportunity to see him, it was unreal. This is exactly what I wanted.

–Teddy

Teddy and Bryan sit down to eat dinner together, catching up on what has been happening in the previous weeks that they hadn't seen one another. Bryan informs Teddy that his daughter and wife are both doing well, and that they miss him dearly.

Quote1So how many of you is left?Quote2- Bryan
Quote1Six of us are left, we got five of us in this deal right now so that should mean I'm in the last few days. In the five there are these two groups right...Quote2- Teddy
Quote1MmmmhmQuote2- Bryan
Quote1There's Razzy, who's coming to breakfast with us tomorrow, and Tia. They were on the other tribe but they're both quite cool people. Then there's Sarah and Olivia who were on my tribe, neither of them are really liked by others in the game. It's what makes them so appealing (laughs)Quote2- Teddy
Quote1You think you will join one of them? Or you in trouble at five?Quote2- Bryan
Quote1I think... Think... That they'll vote in a way that I have to pick a side, its not good in the sense that one side will then be mad at me. So its not easy.Quote2- Teddy
Quote1Well you got this far, you'll figure it out. And you best be winnin' some money soon because your girls be waiting on a big paycheck to come in (laughs)Quote2- Bryan

Day 33

Razzy leaves camp to go and have breakfast with Teddy and his brother Bryan. At breakfast, Razzy becomes saddened that had he won he would have seen a family member, but is grateful that Teddy had picked him to share the reward. The two discuss things back at camp, with Razzy trying to get Teddy to agree on a deal which would mean he sides with Razzy and Tia at the final five, as opposed to Olivia and Sarah. Teddy doesn't give a clear answer, and appears to beat around the bush, not wanting to make a deal that he could end up going back on.

I tried to get Teddy at breakfast to agree on joining myself and Tia after Eli goes next. He seemed a little... unsure... on the prospect of joining us. This could confirm that Tagi have a final three deal. If that's the case then tonight we'll have to prevent them from having a majority at five.

–Razzy

Razzy tried to play the game at breakfast which was a bit annoying as I had done him the favor, and now he expects me to hand over my word that I'm one-hundred percent sticking with him and Tia at five. Maybe I will, maybe I'm more then happy to. But I don't see why he tried to bring it up there and then, when we don't even know what the situation will be by that time.

–Teddy

Teddy, Razzy and Bryan return to camp, with Bryan handing out care packages to the tribe after greeting them. Sarah and Olivia seem somewhat unnerved that Razzy had been alone with Teddy, causing them to fear that he has aligned with the Pagong members. After Bryan leaves, the group get ready for their next immunity challenge. Eli knows that he needs to win in order to stay in the game, while other members would like to win in order to have more to show when talking to the jury.

I know today if I don't win I'm definitely going home. I will of course attempt to strategize before tribal but with this group of people I doubt anything will work, its too late for any major shifts.

–Eli

I haven't won anything individual yet in this game, and if I don't then it wont look very good to a jury. Today I want to come out having won, if not its not a big deal... But I want to win something so it can be shown I did play the game physically.

–Sarah

The rattana tribe return to camp after their immunity challenge, with Tia now immune for the second time in a row. Teddy sits down in the shelter, while Olivia unpacks her things nearby. Razzy and Tia walk down the beach together, with Tia excited that she is once again safe.

I think things may be going my way at the moment. This is my second immunity win, so I'm safe again at tribal. It's nice to be safe because I can usually just kick back and relax while the others fight it out, its even better now because I know Eli is still here so someone is around who can be an easy vote.

–Tia

Eli stands looking at each group, trying to find which one would be the best to approach.

I'm in a bad position, I've known that for a while. I now have to see if I can find a way to get rid of the only obvious person, which is Teddy. Teddy isn't just a threat in the game, he's also next rounds swing vote most likely. I need to work out which duo is less likely to have Teddy on side, so we can vote for him tonight and hopefully remove him from the game.

–Eli

Teddy, feeling confident about the vote, decides to briefly talk it through with Olivia.

Quote1So we're all good for tonight?Quote2- Teddy
Quote1I don't know are we?Quote2- Olivia
Quote1Well... I'm just asking... What's up with you?Quote2- Teddy
Quote1Well me and Sarah are worried. Why? Because you're in some final three with Pagong.Quote2- Olivia
Quote1What? Are you f***ing kidding me? Nah don't even give me that rubbish. Because I took him to breakfast over you. Seriously I'm not even going to try and explain to you why that doesn't mean I'm with them... Hope you enjoyed your barbecue with Sarah, did that mean that I felt left out? No, because you can take anyone!Quote2- Teddy
I'm usually quite calm in how I treat people but Olivia really got on my nerves when we got back today. She's being so petty because I didn't take her to breakfast? Why would I! I can take one person out of a group of five! Hell she'd be the last person I'd take. She votes for me, doesn't take me to a barbecue, talks smack about me... Do I care? No. I don't take her on one reward and she loses it. Where's Razzy, I want to accept his deal.

–Teddy

I think I've caught Teddy on this one. Guilty people get mad.

–Olivia

Sarah and Olivia talk together, discussing the vote, and why they might want to change their minds.

Quote1You saw how he reacted?Quote2- Olivia
Quote1Yes.Quote2- Sarah
Quote1I think he's with them. If we keep him one round longer we could be screwed.Quote2- Olivia
Quote1So what, you want to tell Eli we're voting Teddy?Quote2- Sarah
Quote1Yep, and we take it to a tie.Quote2- Olivia
Quote1But how can you be sure he's with them. I mean... It's just a reward right? Yeah I wanted to go but maybe he just took Razzy for other reasons.Quote2- Sarah
In my opinion Olivia is overreacting. She totally lost her mind because she missed breakfast. Well reality check honey, I've missed thirty three breakfasts so far, and I don't give a s**t. Usually I'm the negative one, but in this case I would describe myself as more then logical. She wants to take out Teddy for one small thing... If I was taking people out for small things she'd have been gone LONG ago! But in this game you have to keep your head on because if you don't then... S**t goes down.

–Sarah

Eli approaches Razzy and Tia on the beach in an attempt to sway them into voting out Teddy.

Quote1Hi guys.Quote2- Eli
Quote1Hi Eli.Quote2- Tia
Quote1I'm just going to put it out there. Three Tagi, two Pagong. That's what it'll be next round if y'all take me out tonight. They are tight and Teddy knows he can easily beat them girls at the end, so who do you think he'll take? You, or the cattle? I'm just saying right up that one of you will be going next round unless I'm still here, in which case I give you my word that I'll vote with y'all, and I'll happily go to the final three with you. At which case you can both play to get me out and I'm fine with that.Quote2- Eli
Quote1You really think Tagi have something going on?Quote2- Tia
Quote1I could see it... I mean... Teddy is always a bit... Careful when talking about sticking with us at five.Quote2- Razzy
Quote1Exactly, so please make the right decision guys.Quote2- Eli
In all honesty I believe what I told the guys today. In my opinion its not just me saving myself, but its a fact. And it's a fact which they cant deny, because if they do neither of them will be winning this game.

–Eli

Eli raised my suspicions again of a Tagi alliance going into the final five. The positives of keeping someone like Eli around is that it could prevent myself or Tia going at the final five tribal. However, Eli is aware that the two Tagi girls are easy to face in the final, meaning he himself could just take Teddy's place tonight if kept and he could go to the end with them, meaning voting out Teddy is all in vain. Hell we don't even know that Teddy IS with them. We just have to base our vote tonight on assumptions, either way, whether we take out Teddy, or take out Eli... This vote is all down to assumptions, something that doesn't sit well with me.

–Razzy

At tribal council Eli pleads for his stay in the game, stating that Teddy needs to go home. This causes Teddy to speak up, stating that Eli will be desperate tonight, as he is likely telling lies or putting fear inside individuals in order to get them to vote his way, as he is known for doing this previously, having stated he would have a meltdown if he stayed in the game over Alice, something he never lived up to. Olivia, Sarah, Razzy and Tia all appear to be listening to Eli's case on voting out Teddy, with both sides considering the vote due to their own doubts on his actions when it comes to the final five. However, when the vote comes in the three Tagi members stick together, voting Eli, with Olivia knowing that Eli would be loyal to his old tribe over them, and that Teddy would give them a better shot at the final three. Razzy and Tia also vote for Eli, believing his presence to be too threatening, knowing that Eli has more friends on the jury then Teddy, while not knowing where his true loyalties lie. Eli is left alone in voting for Teddy, and leaves the game in a 5-1 vote.

Voting Confessionals

Teddy, you're a big threat. I hope its you and not me, I've had a good run.

–Eli

Sorry about this vote, I might regret it after the next tribal, but I hope it was the right call.

–Olivia

Your a smart guy, and much better at this game then some people realized.

–Razzy

People seemed set on voting Teddy, but I realized you were trying to play us all. I'll give you props, it NEARLY worked.

–Sarah

Your a cool guy, I know there's no animosity between us... If somehow I do go tonight, I hope you win.

–Teddy

Eli, for a long time you've been on opposite sides to me. We could never guarantee you'd be with us when it came down to five

–Tia

Final Words

I've enjoyed my time out here more then I ever imagined. I was never fully in it for the money, just the adventure. I've met some really interesting people, and some not so interesting... I cant wait to get back to see my family, my friends and I hope that whoever wins spends the money wisely.
