This wiki is dedicated to Survivor fan-fiction simulated and written by James Ben Linus. The fan-fiction is based off the hit reality television show, itself derived from the Swedish television series Expedition Robinson originally created in 1997 by Charlie Parsons.
The fan-fiction series decided to follow the basic location and structure of the U.S. seasons, although they are considered to exist within their own canon universe (featuring original fictional characters). Any tribe-swaps, twist introductions and challenges are expected to correlate with that of the real seasons, although on many occasions they may differ due to circumstances within each respective story. The first season Borneo was simulated in 2013, with every season up until Blood vs. Water being simulated in the following months. During simulation, events such as challenge wins, votes, main alliances etc. are all known, whilst the deeper story is left un-written until the season is officially published on this wiki. As of 2020, all forty seasons of the show have been simulated, whilst only up to All-Stars have been written. James Ben Linus has noted the great length of time writing seasons can take, particularly those that are deemed uninteresting.
A total of 590 characters have competed across forty seasons. 81 have played twice, whilst 19 have played three times, and just 7 have played four times.
